Each owner/investor has assigned their unit into a ‘rental pool’ which is managed on their behalf by Ashler Hospitality Corporation, a professional hotel management company. In return for a management fee, Ashler oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the hotel and undertakes all marketing, maintenance and accounting responsibilities while the owners/investors share all income generated by the hotel operations.
